Columbia Materials International, located in Vancouver of Washington, was established in 2004 for manufacturing Mx(tmhd)y based organometallic precursors for metal oxide thin film deposition via MOCVD process.

Starting later 2009, its business has been expended to supply a broad range of inorganic food ingredients to its clients.

Organometallic Precursors
Mx(tmhd)y (where M = metal element, and tmhd = 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionato) based organometallic compounds are most widely used precursors for the deposition of metal oxide thin films via MOCVD process. After several years research and development, CMI has established a well-defined synthesis procedure to produce our products in both high volatility and high purity.
Inorganic Food Ingredients
Our food ingredient products are all kinds of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium phosphate salts, which are widely used in food industry.
